2 days 1 night the nature of Pai

 

 

Day 1:

CHIANG MAI/ WATER FALL/ HOT SPRING/ PAI TOWN

 

08.00 Hrs. Drive through scenery from Chiang Mai to Pai by mountain road along picturesque scenic routes passes the several beautiful northern mountains and valleys via Mok Fah Waterfall one of the highest waterfall in Doi Suthep – Doi Pui National Park. Continue to visit Pong Dued Hot Spring, where the steam from the spring permeates the site in the morning creating fascinating sight. The area is so rich in teak woods. Then continue drive on to Pai make a stop at World War || Memorial Bridge. This bridge was built in 1942 at the time the Japanese troops chose Pai to be their military base.

 

Lunch will be provided at a Thai restaurant.

 

13.30 Hrs. Sightseeing the main attraction of Pai town to Nam Hu Temple, contains a sacred Buddha image, 24 inches wide at the base and 30 inches high. The image's topknot can be opened and contained holy water, reversed by local folk. Then visit Baan Santichon, one of the Chinese Communities migrated from Yunan, China. Continue to Pai Canyon or Kong Lan, the steep cliff has been eroded for a long time ago, creating the 20 meters -deep valley amidst the scenic setting of the red hill of dry dipterocarpus and pine forest. Then transfer for check in at Baan Kra Ting.

 

Dinner and spend the time at the walking street of Pai.

 

DAY 2:

PAI/ LOD CAVE/ MAE YEN TEMPLE

Lunch serve at the restaurant.

 

08.00 Hrs. Drive on to visit Lod Cave, where a huge cave system is once a welling place of pre- historic man. Experience by taking the bamboo raft reach into the cave; explore the 1 kilometer-long cave along which can be found beautiful stalactites and stalacmites. Then visit Mae Yen Temple, from this temple sits atop hill and has good view overlooking the valley of Pai town.
