Extend your impact with our 14-day volunteer teaching placement in Luang Prabang — combining a full week of hands-on classroom teaching with structured orientation, cultural immersion, and five days of guided tours across Northern Laos' most rewarding experiences.

The volunteer project itself runs Monday to Friday, with five additional days available for cultural and adventure experiences of your choosing.3

What's Included:

• Pre-departure information pack

• Visa support documentation

• Accommodation for the full programme duration

• All meals, except Sunday evening(s) [applies to Day 3 only, or both Day 3 and Day 10? — to be confirmed], when you're free to enjoy Luang Prabang's Sunday Walking Street food stalls

• Two days of structured orientation

A percentage of each placement fee is donated directly to the host school to fund scholarships and teaching materials [exact percentage/amount to be confirmed].

Cultural & Local Craft Experiences:

• Silversmith workshop

• Handloom weaving: weave your own traditional Tai Lue pattern on an authentic handloom

• Meditation course (2 days / 1 night)

• Lao cuisine cooking class

• Evening chanting with monks at the Mount Phousi temple

Nature & Adventure Experiences:

• Elephant camp visit

• Bamboo rafting

• Ethnic minority village visit [terminology pending confirmation]

• Boat trip to the Pak Ou Caves (Tham Ting) [site name pending confirmation]

• Kuang Si Waterfall, mini hike and zipline
